Youth Resource Program

Youth Resource Program

The Youth Resource Program provides free short term support, information, resources or connections to programs and services for youth ages 12 to 24. Youth workers are not counsellors, rather they are skilled staff who are knowledgeable about resources, can build trusting relationships with young people, and will learn about youths strengths, needs and interests to help them build connections to their community.

Examples for why this program might be for you: help with school work, finding a job, relationships, mental and or/physical health, home life, access to food and resources and more.

All sessions abide by current provincial Covid-19 restrictions and may happen in person or virtually.

All youth are required to complete the Youth Services Consent and Liability Waiver form. This form is located on this same webpage, the blue tab. After the first meeting, participants will be asked to complete the Youth Resource Program Release and Receipt of Information Form.

Please note this program is in place of the Coffee with a Youth Worker program.

If you’d like to register or have any questions, fill in a request below and staff will reach out to you.
