Communities That Care Sea To Sky is a research-supported prevention process that engages the community in promoting the positive development of young people. CTC measures levels of risk and protective factors, selects priorities on which a strategic plan can be focused, and then tracks progress toward desired changes in risk factors, protective factors and problem behaviors.

Families Fighting Cancer in the Sea to Sky
FFCSS

Families Fighting Cancer in the Sea to Sky is a community group in Whistler offering financial support and practical assistance to families in the Corridor, with dependent children, who are living with cancer. The group has partnered with us for support and advice and so that donors to its project can receive charitable tax receipts.

Pathways Serious Mental Illness Society, Families Helping Families
Pathways Serious Mental Illness Society is a pioneering family-support organization, providing help for those who have relatives with mental illness. They offer personal support and information, education, awareness and advocacy. We provide meeting space and promotional support to this group.

Putting Children First
The Sea to Sky Putting Children First Initiative is part of a province-wide learning initiative that facilitates better coordination and collaboration of the work many organizations do for children aged newborn to six and their families. The local planning team has been spearheaded by a dedicated group of service providers, educators, parents, health providers and community members.
