…when it feels like a Zoo! Join us for an interactive workshop on Zoom with Simmy Zaret. We will investigate the roots of some of the most common negative behaviours we see in our centres today. Together we will explore the means to address the triggers and discover how to replace frustration with effective, compassionate, and supportive management skills that will promote and maintain a safe, peaceful, and productive place to learn and play.
