About the Workshop
FOODSAFE Level 1 explains why food poisoning occurs and how to prevent it. This is important information for those in the food or care-giving industries or those who value keeping food safe for themselves, their families, or others. It is also a valuable resume addition for anyone whose current or future employment involves handling food. BC’s Food Premises Regulation requires FOODSAFE Level 1 certification wherever food is served to the public.
Please note: masks are recommended but not required for all of our in-person classes.
