Preservation & Reunification
The Family Preservation & Reunification Program focuses on families with children who are at risk of being removed from or leaving their family or are already out of their family home.
Family Preservation is a therapeutic, home-based program designed to keep children with their families and reduce the risk for child maltreatment by changing behaviours and increasing skills.
Family Reunification reunites and reconnects children who are in out-of-home care with their families.
A referral through the Ministry of Child and Family Development is required.
Program available in Squamish/Whistler/Pemberton.
